I really liked the castle. It was renovated few years ago, which you can spot right away. The castle looks really nice, especially from outside. Muzeum inside is adjusted to people on wheelchairs as you can find elevators and toilets adjusted to their needs. Inside you can find the exhibition of Zbigniew Beksiński and Icon Gallery. In my opinion, both exhibitions could be more modern, but because I love the works of Beksiński I won't complain much. For sure it is a must-see place if you are visiting the region.

A monument to Zdzisław Beksinski, Polish painter, photographer and sculptor, specializing in the field of dystopian surrealism. Artist was born in Sanok in 1929 (died in Warsaw in 2005), and local Muzeum Historyczne museum exhibits largest collection of Beksinski's works.
A really nice sculpture of Zdzisław Beksiński. Once you leave his exhibition, which is located nearby in Sanok Castle, it is a really good feeling to once again look at this amazing artist and contemplate his artworks for a while. It is a great sculpture to take a picture with. I am happy that it is located close to the museum and the main square.
