I have always only taken very small groups and given the Covid -19 crisis, I guarantee you will only shop and cook with your family or travelling companions, not with people you don't know. For market tours and market shopping, we'll avoid narrow and crowded streets and still shop at some top purveyors for Bologna's renowned gastronomic products and its superb quality fresh produce. In my well-ventilated open space apartment, social distancing is easy and I will have ample supplies of medical masks and sanitising gels on hand for you.
