If you are going riding in Tenerife this is definitely the place to use. The owners are really friendly and obviously care for their horses so well. It's safe for beginners right through to experienced riders- I like that they make everyone walk round the arena before leaving on the trek to make sure the horse is suited to the rider and change to a different one if necessary. Treks are informative with bits of information about the local area, geography etc while you enjoy the amazing views from the hills. Highly recommended.

This beach is by Costa del Silencio, next to Montaña Amarilla point, on the coast of the nature area of the same name. It is a stony beach used by nudists. Access is from Ten-Bel or the neighbouring complexes, after the Marino and Amarilla Bay apartments.
Hubby and I had our best day out whilst staying in Costa de Silencio here. The rock formations are wonderful to look at, there are rock pools, the sea is refreshing and the chiringuito cafe is wonderful - coffee and mojitos ???? We climbed mount amarilla to eat our picnic at the top. Fab day out. ????

This is a restricted area that you can only gain entrance with an electronic key as used by those staying at the hotel just off the roundabout. If you are a guest then the place is open to you 24 hrs night and day. Animals! Only the wild natural ones are here. Many birds can be seen if you are patient enough! Rabbits and lizards are very evasive! There is still the interactive tour that starts off in the hotel. Check before arriving as can get busy, but now in January it's very quiet. Very informative. €15 or €7.50 each if you're a guest at the hotel. Beautiful landscape that can get the imagination running and takes you on a history of Tenerife from volcano to the early inhabitants and how they just about survived! Such baron land but in the 60's was the main supplier of tomatoes. An incredible feat considering the lunar landscape and very little rain! Bravo to those hard workers! We are so lucky to walk around this place knowing we have a plentiful supply of food and water just a stone's throw away.

Golf course in South of Tenerife, with 18 holes and a wealth of natural features to test the keenest golfer. The stunning course, with its wide fairways and challenging water hazards makes the most of the dramatic natural features so artfully provided by Mother Nature, weaving round ravines and volcanic sand traps and dipping towards the sea. Each course offers its own particular set of challenges. In the North Course, the most attractive hole is HOLE 3, that runs along the “San Blas Ravine” and has the peak of Teide as its dramatic backdrop. HOLE 5 of the Links course which is a par 4 has a high position Tee which gives the player a fantastic view of the course and sea. "WHERE THE BEST PLAYERS PLAY "
I was staying nearby at Sandos San Blas and played a round. If you speak with the hotel, there is a deal to get a free taxi both ways. I thought the staff were really nice and friendly. I managed to get an early tee time which meant it was very calm and less windy than it generally is later in the day. The course was in good condition and has a driving range and putting and chipping area. I got round in just over 2 hours by myself in a buggy. I play off 12 and found that it was a decent challenge. There are a few risk regard holes and gettable par 5s even off the back tees. There was a good selection of hire clubs as well. It is quite hilly so I would definitely recommend a buggy. It compared favourably with other places that I have played such as Madeira. There are 3 different 9 hole tracks but one is currently closed for maintenance.
