Sea Pearl Divers makes diving safe and fun. The shop located in the center of San Juan, we are ready to take you out diving or snorkeling. We use a Banka boat or go by car to reach the dive-sites around the island. Meet our instructors who take you out diving or will teach you to become a diver.
I did my advanced open water course here and had a fabulous time! The crew are legends- happy, chilled, and know what they’re doing. It made for a fun and relaxed few days with the assurance of an experienced instructor/guides who know the area like the back of their hand. Really can’t ask for better!
Since visiting both Siquijor and Bohol for diving, Siquijor has the upper hand with a more relaxed vibe and still with great diving- so much to see you don’t know where to look! A good problem to have :)

This waterfall has no entrance fee, I think we just paid 20 peso to park our motorbike. However they do accept donations, and if you have a guide then there are suggested donation amounts.
We weren’t directly offered a guide, and generally prefer not to have one so we went down to the falls just the two of us. The falls are all signposted well, so you don’t need a guide to find them, but the guides (young, local guys) who came down with other couples made the experience much more fun. They were showing us which parts of the waterfall you can jump off and showing off their skills on the rope swing.
A few people sat down by the pool and relaxed, while others were helped by the guides to jump or swing into the water safely.
The whole area is kept clean and has been crafted well so people can enjoy the nature. There are also a couple of short trails (easy or adventure) to see other small falls that we did after the main one. We donated afterwards, because a lot of work has clearly gone into this place and the guides made the experience much more fun.

This is a first class operation. Great local knowledge, enthusiastic support staff and patience in abundance. Jay also gave us a lot of inside tips on Siquijor and San Juan, service over and above the call of duty. As for diving, he has a fresh operation, new Italian wet water gear, a beautiful new boat and access to excellent training facilities and certification. I don't think you could ask for more.
Highly recommended

Enjoy a tasty meal and a cold beverage while at Marelle's Family Dining, beautifully situated on our open air veranda which opens to our lush botanical Gardens.Last but not least stop by our gift shop that has that special gift for your loved ones, all hand made by our local artisans. We also have a display of stunning collection of exotic sea shells and marine life that are found in the crystal clear tropical waters of the Philippines. Also on display are many land snails. A beautiful marine life postage stamp collection from all over the world adorns the walls. Also exhibited are many educational displays about the shells in their ocean habitat. See you soon!
This is actually named as Marelle's Underwater World Museum. This is just a stone throw from Tori's Backpacker Paradise in San Juan, Siquijor. They house great collection of sea shells, which for me was very interesting. You can buy postcards or even keychains as souvenir. Great place to visit especially if you appreciate such kind of things.

Siquijor Island in the Philippines has 23 wonderful dive sites and we are grateful to have Tubod Marine Sanctuary directly in front of Coco Grove Beach Resort. We offer dive courses from beginners to professional level as well as fun diving. For an ultimate treat, try a day/overnight trip to one of the top 10 best and recognised dive sites in the world, Apo Island. We also offer other Water Sports such as Banana boat rides, Hobie Cat and Paraw sailing, glass bottom boat and snorkelling!
Recently Visited Siquijor and we stayed at coco grove resort and I can definitely give this place a thumbs up.
Things to improve:
*wifi : I believe they only have connection in lobby, restaurant and pool area, pero wala sa rooms, baka po magawan ng paraan. Cause some guests (like me) can’t live a day without checking updates like email, IG FB etc.
*bidet: not sure if room lang namin yung wala. I really suggest na Dapat lahat ng CR meron for everyone’s hygiene purposes.
*shower: Hindi ko din sure kung room Lang namen yung Hindi okay, pero Wala po syang hot and cold.
So far, those are minimal issues Lang naman. But our stay in coco grove is unforgettable. The staffs are nice and accommodating, rooms are clean and comfy. Plus that cute (parrot?) named macky na napaka bibo. Good job, coco grove!

The mountain bike trail starts at Mount Bandilaan, the highest point in Siquior (620m) and winds its way down to the coast to Maite village in San Juan province. The total distance of the trail is 26km but there are several options to break the journey depending upon ability. The Baha Bar support staff will drive you to the start of the trail in a 'pick-up' with the bikes and then an experienced guide will lead you down. The trail starts in a national forest and then passes through small mountain villages and remote footpaths, passing through rice fields and over small foot Bridges. 70% of the trail is off road and is in parts technical, the remainder passes through small villages where it is possible to stop for a cold drink. Baha Ba'r has 8 high end relatively new mountain bikes (Norco / Giant) and protective knee, elbow pad and helmets that are included in the rental fee. Dave Watson (he's the guy who jumped over the Tour de France peleton a couple of years ago!!...) has ridden the trail and donated one of his old sponsored bikes for usage. Dave was Canadian mtn bike champion in the 1990's). The charge is 750 pesos for one person and 500 per person for 2 or more persons.
My three boys and I had great fun together with the tourguide, Rafal, who's an experienced mountainbiker and longdistance runner with a passion for nature and good challenges. It was fun and different from mountaibiking in Denmark. We got to see places we wouldn't have seen if we were on our own. Go for it and get an experience you'll never forget. We drow downhill most of the time. Easy booking and fair prices. We'll for sure go mountainbiking next time we go to Siquijor.

The place is interesting simply because it is such a huge volume of fresh water flowing out. Make sure you walk toward the sea to see everyone washing clothes (more like India than Philippines). There is a church at the top of the stairs with a nice bell tower.

Great snorkeling here. The corals close to the shore are badly damaged but are healthier as you swim away.
Many fishes can be seen and some sea snakes as well.
Many jellyfishes can ruin the experience.
Tubod marine Sanctuary near by is much more beautiful however.
