Step to the beat of wafting flamenco music as you wander the downtown River Walk before sampling as much chili (San Antonio’s signature dish) as your taste buds will allow. A visit to the Alamo is an absolute must, as is taking in a show at the ornate Majestic Theatre. San Antonio Missions National Historical Park is dotted with 18th-century buildings and features, making for an enriching excursion.

Artisan on Alamo - San Antonio's only downtown vodka distillery. We hand craft Spike Vodka (world's only prickly pear cactus vodka), Texas Pride Vodka (corn based vodka with a 91 rating), and Chupacabra Juice Moonshine. When visiting you can tour our production area and enjoy hand crafted cocktails in our craft cocktail lounge - we have over 44 items on our drink menu. You will be impressed.

Best kept secret in downtown San Antonio! located right behind La Villita and perfectly nestled along the riverwalk. this Bar has the perfect vibe for a social Gathering or a quiet beer with a friend. Beer and wine only, but no worries since it's always cold and cheap! be sure to ask about the history behind the building and the Hermann Sons Organization.

Bar which has changed little since the days when Teddy Roosevelt recruited his Rough Riders here.
We were in San Antonio for the evening and after a disappointing stop for a drink on the Riverwalk we decided to stop in based on previous reviews. It was great. The bartender was really busy so it was difficult to strike up a conversation but he was friendly and my drink was the best I had all weekend. The bar looks like an authentic English Pub...from experience...and not the gawdy Americanized version that they slap a pub label on and call it British. The historical background is pretty amazing and I loved the displays with the local artifacts. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent spot to check out in San Antonio. Great service, drinks and food! Better than going to some of the typical tourist places, feels comfortable and more local. Had a great time and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Would highly recommend!

It was a wonderful getaway. San Antonio was a great place to visit & Ernies bar at the Crockett Hotel was the best place to socialize with other guests & some locals. We will definitely have another visit in the future.
