We had an amazing time driving the bright orange Citroen Mehari along the Estérel Corniche from St Raphael to Cannes, stopping off for lunch at Théoule-sur-Mer and visiting one of the beautiful beaches we saw along the way. The car was stunning. The bodywork was perfect and the interior was pristine and spotless. It even had an iPhone holder and USB plug, so we had satnav! It was a real novelty driving the Mehari. It has four gears, and no power assisted steering, and that distinctive Citroen engine sound that I remember my Grandma’s Citroen Dyane having, which all added to the charm of the experience. The weather’s stunning here on the Cote D’azur, so the kids loved having the wind blowing through their hair, cooling is all down as we weaved our way along the stunning roads of the Corniche. We lost count of the number of people who gave us the thumbs up or waved to us - these cars seem to make people happy, us included! Pascal provided us with excellent service - it was easy to book from the UK via email, and we picked the car up from him at the Mehariviera base in Puget-sur-Argens (they also have a base in Nice). Pascal was very friendly and gave us a tour of the car and tips on how to get the most from driving it. All in all an unforgettable way to spend a day on the Cote D’azur - the kids said it’s as their favourite day of the holiday so far, and my wife and I had an amazing time too. If you get the chance, we all really recommend you do it!

Our host Zara, made the Monaco/Eze Village visit so enjoyable. From Perfumery (Grasse) to to Casio (Monte Carlo) and Monaco itself. The pickup from my Nice dwelling was an unexpected benefit. The on route conversations were delightful and the scenic views of the rolling hills along the French Riviera were just breathtaking. Thoroughly enjoyed this 4 hour excursion and would pay to do the longer more expensive tour next time I am in this part of France. Thanks Zara and team. Regards - Ed

THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT THE COMPANY AND NOT THE FLIGHTS.... I was given two Wingly vouchers to use. Before the lockdown, i tried 13 different times to book flights over a period of 18 months. Eventually one of the vouchers has gone out of date and as it was a special offer Wingly will not extend even though for the last 3 months there was no flying, so that was a complete waste of money. In the past, i have messaged through Wingly, pilots and received no response. On other occasions, flights had to be rescheduled time and time again until we gave up and on one occasion, after complaining to Wingly, they even had a pilot advertising flights when he did not have access to a plane any more! The flights, when you can arrange them are fantastic and the pilots great, BUT i will never use Wingly again. If you want to buy a flight for someone, just get in touch with their nearest airfield - same price, same flights without the hassle and without losing any money. My advice - go direct to the airfield.

we visited only one Rass winery, and in the review it was announced that we would visit 3 wineries. I do not like this. It made a bad impression on me that when we arrived at the Rass winery we were greeted with the finding that they had already closed for tourists today, but as a compromise they would take the trouble to open for us. The winery was not typical of Provence. There are also better wineries in the area, I expected more ...
