Guests will depart from Roseau to the Emerald Pool driving through Canefield arriving at the Emerald Pool. This wonderful waterfall grotto is located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Morne Trois Piton National Park. An easy 30-minute hike takes the guests through magnificent overhanging trees and lush vegetation to the pool, which appears green in the tree-filtered sunlight. Guests will be able to go for a dip, and swim right up to the waterfall! On the way back there are two view points where the Atlantic Coast and Morne Laurent can be seen to the left, rising to an elevation of 2,248 ft. Breathtaking! Following the visit of the Emerald Pool, guests will go to the Trafalgar Falls. It is a short 10 to 15 minute walk along a well-maintained path from the Visitor Reception centre, where you can photograph both falls from a viewing platform. The more daring can continue on to swim in the refreshing waters of the smaller waterfall or find the hot springs at the tallest falls.

jan 2018 i had an amazing trip booked with woody on my 50th birthday and as we were only in Dominica for a few hours woody planned to still accomodate us even though other cruise may have been there with all day passengers, we had great communication and felt woody to be a friend even though we had never met , sadley the hurricane irma arrived, our plans destroyed as was the whole of the island as the ships could not visit, more so it devestated woodys home and livleyhood with no tourists for a year, we still intend to hopefully go back one day and meet this wonderful man and friend as we like to call him

During cruise ship days, Trafalgar Falls is a Premium Site and there will be no access to none cruise ship passengers. But with this pass, you will have FULL access anytime to the Trafalgar Falls, cruise ship days or not. One can take a taxi, public bus or use Waitukubuli Tours at www.waitukubulitours.com to organize your trip to The Popular water Falls. As you walk the trail, note the orange coloration in the small spring that flows across the trail. This is caused by iron compounds in the clay and not by sulphur. Sometimes the water may be slightly warm, and this is further evidence of Dominica's volcanic origin. The stream coming from the hot springs at the base of the Papa Falls is much warmer.
Inclusions: Site Pass Only , This Pass or receipt DOES NOT give you access to the park. You will need to pick up your Ticket
Exclusions: Private transportation, Transportation could be arranged - Please ask

Remember you are in a rain forrest. Most of the terrain will be wet or damp. That said it is just beautiful and breathtaking. The Falls are wonderful. However, to get to the Emerald pool you had better be wearing some form of water shoe with tread. We saw some people struggle getting into the pool itself. Again, the beauty is just incredible and the tour is worth the money. The money spent here is better than going to the volcanic beaches
