We dive a lot, (2 dives/day, 5 days a week, 5 months per yr.) and when our gear needs updating, we go see John! We’ve learned that Hazell’s has very competitive pricing, quality gear & John knows his product. It’s great to no longer bother with the hassle & expense of trying to bring new equipment with us or having it shipped while we’re on island.

This bay is best known for its calm, sheltered waters, perfect for swimming and scuba diving.
Visited a few times now, the most incredible beach with the most fantastic snorkelling, forget the organised trips and just swim out to see the turtles in their own environment, very little tide to think about and crystal clear water. We were lucky enough to see a Stingray out there too this year, amazing.

Restaurant with live jazz and steel pan music are featured on Thursday and Friday nights. We feature relaxing waterfront seating, tasty Caribbean cuisine, invigorating coffees, free WIFI, vegetarian food options, refreshing cocktails and great music. Art displays are also part of our ambience, great customer service, daily happy hour, beer specials, views of a historic city. A place both visitors to the island and locals adore. We have been situated on the Waterfront of Bridgetown for 34 years and we welcome people from all over the globe. Our desserts are especially delightful, featuring our carrot cake, stewed guava and delicious bread and butter pudding all made by our local chef. We invite you to come listen to our VSOP Dixieland Jazz band on Thursday nights from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm, while Friday nights we erupt with sounds of the Caribbean Jazz Fusion James D. Lovell. Saturday nights are especially great for those looking for an intimate setting.
Wonderful lunch at the Waterfront Cafe in Bridgetown Barbados yesterday. Gorgeous view of the canal and parliament buildings and excellent food. Highlight of the meal? Their world famous Bread Pudding for dessert!

Impressive and moving statue. The history is worth finding out about. Certainly a valuable stop. Sadly slavery was very much a part of this and other Caribbean islands.

I love this beach the water is so warm and the little beach cafe food is amazing. Everytime I visit Barbados I make sure to go to this beach.

It was great to be able to visit diamonds international in Bridgetown Barbados again. Their selection of diamonds and tanzanites, along with an impressive selection of watches makes it well worth a visit to make a duty free purchase. They have an array of franchises to chose from. The manager Oral is extremely professional and offers sound, honest advice.

Fantastic experience with Julie who went above and beyond as we chose an engagement ring. Her knowledge and patience were a great asset and we left with the perfect ring that was sized in 30 minutes. Couldn't recommend enough.

Beautiful beach, used by the locals especially at the weekend with the added plus of Cuz’s fish shack selling the best fish cutters in the entrance to the car park.
