Ryde is an English seaside town and civil parish on the Isle of Wight, with a population of 23,999 at the 2011 Census. It lies on the north-east coast. The town grew in size as a seaside resort after the villages of Upper Ryde and Lower Ryde were merged in the 19th century. The influence of this era is still strongly visible in the town's central and seafront architecture.

Found this shop great! And really helpful staff who were full of great advice helping to upgrade our 10 year old sons deck, it's full of great products and a display of oldie decks too! Will most definitely be going here from now on!

Great fun today despite the rain... Really friendly staff who were really helpful despite my lack of ability ???? Great fun, trying something new despite the rain (which actually made it more challenging - was great) Special mention to Camp and Matt who were so helpful and friendly, and joined us for a race as it was just the two of us ... Thanks Guys!!

Living on the Island we have always gone to the Cineworld complex and indeed have the monthly pass. We visited Ryde Cinema as Cineworld was closed and so glad we did. OK it’s dated, the screens are not the most modern and some of the seats take me back to my childhood BUT what great value at £4, friendly staff and reasonably priced snacks and drinks, £1.50 for a large good quality coffee is impressive. We have been 4 times in a week prior to lockdown and glad we did and supporting a local amenity. Will go again when things reopen and who knows we may cancel our passes for the other cinema.

Recently took my niece to the arcade, had an excellent time on the games winning tickets, but when it came time to cash out with some prizes the machine said that our receipt was invalid. But, after a quick friendly chat with Vicky at the reception counter we got it all sorted out no worries, and my niece had an excellent time. Even though it was really busy at the time absolutely everyone working was smiling, friendly, approachable and looked after us - thanks again guys, top marks.

We could not wait to get back in the water. We are locals and usually use this pool every week.. so the pool has been missed.. The new system works really well, felt very confident in using the facilites and one way system. All areas really clean, pool water crystal clear. Staff all smiling.!!! The roof was open, it was lovely, we had a great time, can't wait to book another session. We attended a family session £15.00 for 5, for a hour. So worked out £3 pound each. So really good value for money. Approx 5 other families attended, loads of space. Well done to all the staff at Waterside, you have done a great job. See you again soon!!
