With almost 50 years under its belt, Heart of The Desert is New Mexico's oldest and largest producing pistachio farm. Through our experience working on and with the farm, we got to know lots of other small-batch, specialty producers from around New Mexico and the rest of the country. Just like us, they all had a story, a passion, and a product to share. We enjoyed their goods on our own table and learned that eating gourmet doesn't have to be complicated.
