What to do and see in Rose Hill, New York (NY): The Best Nightlife

January 12, 2022 Jana Sager

Conquering New York in one visit is impossible. Instead, hit the must-sees – the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum of Art – and then explore off the beaten path with visits to The Cloisters or one of the city’s libraries. Indulge in the bohemian shops of the West Village or the fine dining of the Upper West Side. The bustling marketplace inside of Grand Central Station gives you a literal taste of the best the city has to offer.

Just what I was looking for. Tremendous musicians playing great renditions of classic 70s pop songs in a cool jazz style. Dave called it “8track” music. Jared gold on Hammond B3 stoke the show for me laying down the bass on his pedals and sustaining the groove with the amazingly tight drummer.

The Globe NYC

What a cool “drinking bar”. There are 2 bars in 2 rooms with a huge selection of liquor. TV for sports and typical bar food. You aren’t here for the food. You go to hang out with friends, share a pint and lots of laughs with the Bartender. It is one of the best neighborhood bars I have been to in the City. A little out of the way so you probably need to live in the area but well worth visiting. Dogs are allowed inside which is a bonus. Prices are also reasonable for NYC. Get the loaded fries which are amazing.
