We had an amazing time on the Jungla Maya Native Park tour! We chose this one because of its close proximity to our hotel. Our drivers were very knowledgeable about the local region and history of the Maya. The combination of the rappelling, ziplining and snorkeling in the cenote is sure to get your adrenaline going! At first I didn't think I could pull off the rappelling, but our tour guide Alejandro was awesome..kept me calm and talked me through it so I was comfortable. He was very informative of the local flora & fauna, bilingual, and well versed in all the activities. Highly recommend this tour if you are a thrill seeker. :)

This place is very beautiful! Cenote is small but fresh, crystal-clear and they even have a very high zip-line you could use, if you dare. There are all sort of things available for purchase there, sunscreen, hats, cellphone covers... Also, there is food and beverage service there, so you could spend the day and order a beer and a few snaks. When you get tired of the cenote, they also have a big pool, loungers and resting areas. Go early because it gets busy very quicly.

Great time zip lining, riding ATV’s, and exploring the cenotes on Dec 13th, 2020. Cesar and Rodrigo were so accommodating and spoke great English. Just awesome guys to spend the day with! We stayed in Cancun in the hotel zone, they picked us up and took us back. The entire day was VERY adventurous but we never felt like we weren’t safe. This excursion was absolutely perfect for our brave and adventurous 10 & 13 year olds. The zip lines are pretty intense, not for the faint of heart. Pretty amazing and authentic food included with our package. Such an awesome atmosphere and was a very “chill” non-touristy place. We decided that this experience made our whole trip to Cancun worth it. Can’t say enough.

Cenote Misterio Maya

There are several Cenote in this site, all are interesting, but unless you scuba, Cenote Dos Ojos is better for basic swimming. Mister in Maya is an incredible snorkel trip deep into the cavern! Flashlights required as you journey quite deep inside. The ticket includes both Misterio and Los Monos Cenotes. Los Monos is definitely our favorite. You journey deeper and the stalactites are more awe-inspiring! It can be a bit claustrophobic, as you need to climb through some tight areas but worth the effort!! Equipment is provided but reef shoes are a help. My girlfriend wore the wetsuit but the water was warm enough where I was fine without. The scuba dive available at Dos Ojos makes me want to get certified!! Really cool looking!!

Definitely a fun cenote! There are 3 holes to jump from and it's only about 12 ft above the water. There are small fish swimming and if you bring a snorkel mask or goggles, the sunlight casts incredible patterns underwater through the holes. There are many bats in the cenote as well (swim on your back for an interesting view!) It might help to wear water shoes here.
