We came across this museum by chance on walking around the Old Town. It turned out to be a good choice to visit. Wonderful pieces of silversmith work. Some of which you can also see on exhibit in the House of the Blackheads. Not a huge museum but you can spend an hour in it if you want to take the entire exhibition in. Take a close look at the photos submitted to get a clear idea of what’s on offer

we had a wonderful tour around the old Riga with a lot of interesting history and Riga legends. I'm sure we were told some facts that some Latvians may not even know. As we were from Lithuania, Iveta has even spoke of history in relation to Lithuanian history, which was very interesting. The tour was definitely one of the most memorable parts of our visit to Riga.
