Jones Falls

Whether arriving by boat or car, it's a beautiful spot! There's a few amazing very high/deep locks to watch boats going through! At the top is an old museum house with views, boat docking from Sand Lake, then half way down the locks are museum/restrooms, a swimming spot, and at the very bottom of the area, you can cross the bridge, there's an old hotel, cool place for a drink and ice cream shop across the road. All under trees, there's a bit of hiking trails or paved roads to walk on... Beautiful place to spend an afternoon!

We have been to Wendy's a few times over the summer. I always like to support local, small business. The produce and meats are fantastic. We stopped in on Saturday on the way home from Dunder Rock. Picked up a couple of Wallace Beef striploins (fantastic!), some pork chops and some fresh baked bread (for the first time). The sourdough was AMAZING! It was still warm. I'm sure the rye will be as yummy. A beautiful drive out to Lyndhurst and definitely worth the trip. For the comment from another user about price, yes, it is not cheap. But you definitely get what you pay for.
