Pedego Reno is awesome! I was visiting a friend in Reno and we thought it would be fun to rent bikes and ride around the city. We contacted Pedego Reno and Pat set us up with two rental bikes even in the midst of them working to open a new location. At the start of our ride I noticed that the front brake pad was squeaking a bit so we decided to circle back to the store just to have it checked out and Pat quickly took it into their shop and fixed the squeaking/rubbing break pad and it ran perfectly for the whole ride. We enjoyed seeing Reno from a different perspective and getting to enjoy the beautiful architecture of buildings and stores as we rode through town towards the river. On our route to the river we stopped to enjoy a coffee and quick brunch at coffee bar and continued on to reach our goal. We made it to the river and when we rode back to the shop we thoroughly enjoyed the benefits that the electric bikes give you. The throttle really helps get you up hills and gives you a sturdy start after waiting at intersections. We loved our experience renting these bikes and the customer service was great! 100% recommend to both tourists and locals.
