The Red Cows Consortium gathers the breeders of Red Cows of Reggiana's breed, a breed with a very ancient origin, arrived in our territories with Longobards around the year one thousend. From the milk of the Red Cows of Reggiana's breed is derived the Red Cows Parmigiano-Reggiano, with qualitative and organoleptic characteristics that are distinctive compared to the traditional Parmigiano-Reggiano.

Mistico Speziale was established in 2010 by Saverio Denti, who right after graduating with a degree in Herbal Science and Technology, decided to put into practice that which he had learnt at university. We started to grow herbs on a family-owned plot of land and soon after built a facility in Roncadella (Italy), where harvested plants are transformed into infusions and spirits.

I attended the International Study Group at this centre. It was wonderful. The place is really designed for big group study visit. The main hall is modern & well equipped. The holding space is large, the cafe has nice drinks & snacks. The bookshop sells good books that may be hard to be found elsewhere. The highlight for me is the atelier spaces which are amazing & very inspiring. Very recommended to everyone that would like to learn more about Reggio Emilia approach to education.
