Like other people here, I have experienced this scam. They have confirmed pick-up hour at 13:30, one day before departure. I have waited from 13:20 until 14:20 in front of the hotel and no one showed up for pick-up. No one called or sent a message to explain the status. I have tried messaging through TripAdvisor, they didn't reply anymore. I have tried calling all contact numbers, no one responded. I contacted TripAdvisor to help, they were not able to contact organizer also, they were not answering phone and decided to request full refund. I have lost 1 day of planning from my vacation and wasted time for this fake tour. Please check reviews since this has happened before to at least 3 other people and this company is a scam. Also, only 1 review in 2021, which leads me to believe they are just a scam at this point and they should be removed as a travel agency from TripAdvisor. I requested full refund and I'm waiting for the deposit. Do not try to book with this tour since you will just lose time and receive only disrespect from unanswered messages and phone calls.

I highly recommend taking this trip by plane. We booked less than 2 days in advance, there were almost no tickets left. We had business class seats to go. My name was wrong so I had to buy another ticket at the airport, maybe last seat on the plane. The agency was fair and deducted the amount from the total price agreed, very correct! From there, everything went very smooth. We were expected at the airport in Cairo by our guide Zenab and our driver. We had a private tour just for ourselves. We could go at our own pace. Zenab was a great guide and person. She was very welcoming and did her best to please us at all times. Overall, I totally recommend this travel agency, they are very thrust worthy and will guide you from and back to your hotel entrance. Thank you!!

The trip was amazing! All the beauty of the desert with the excellent organization of marsa alam tours! Admirations to our driver Zaher and our guide in the desert Ashraf. They did everything so that we feel comfortable and enjoy the trip. We”ve visited the black desert , white desert, crystal mountain and agabad area. Ashraf is very knowledgeable and was giving us lots of details and information regarding the places. Totally recommend the company, not only for this trip but for any other! ????
