The centre of this venue is a pedestrian zone and is said to be one of the oldest villages in the Tyrol. It's a lovely place for a gentle walk to browse the local shops and more particularly shops where you can see glass cutting etc. and sample Schnapps offerings. The architecture like most places in the area is worth a look, and the lack of traffic makes Rattenberg a relaxing place for a drink or perhaps a meal. Recommended

We were in Rattenberg with a tour group and part of the tour was to visit Kisslinger Kristall-Glas and blow our own glass ornaments. It was great fun and they walked us through the whole process. Love the ornament I took home!

Such a beautiful baroque church! Well kept & many spiritual articles to admire & which inspired prayers. One can see first class relics of St Fortunati & St Heilige too!! Don’t forget to bring spiritual items to make them into third class relics simply by touching them against these first class relics! Beneath this main church, you will be able to find Mother Mary’s grotto too which is set in a cave. Such rich history! Definitely worth a visit & a short prayer!
