This is a beautiful church right in the Marktplatz. St. Alexander should not be missed when you are in Rastatt. The statues and windows are remarkable. The church is right across from the open air market.

Whilst on a Scenic River Cruise we were treated to a wonderful short concert of classical music and opera in this beautiful building. What we saw of the building was spectacular especially the ceilings. I wish we could have visited in the daytime to enjoy a tour of the historic palace.
