This is the birth place of one of the legendary heros of India - Maha Rana Pratap and it has world's second largest wall after Great Wall of China - this fort's boundary wall spans 36 KM. Beautifully constructed fort has various interesting facts and its top is at such height that you feel like flying in air as winds blows without any interruption at the top. Must visit if your nearby. Lot of walking required so be ready for good exercise Guides are all private and you need to bargain and can reach price of INR 400-450 Very old temple also inside the fort, so you may want to pay tribute to Kul Devi of Kumbhal Dynasty

The temple is located in the village Garhbor of Rajsamand district. This village is situated in Aravalli ranges. It is 38 km from the district headquarters Rajsamand. Desuri in the Pali district is a nearby village, through which it is connected to the Pali district. Gomati river flows nearby this temple. The temple was built in 1444AD. According to the inscription inside the temple, village name was Badri, therefore, the idol is considered as BadriNath. The deity of Charbhuja Nath is considered to be miraculous. The idol of Shri Charbhuja Ji is 85 centimeters high. The four arms of the idol hold conch, discus, mace and a lotus flowers. The discus and the mace symbolize dynamic power, energy and prowess. Gurjars hold a special reverence for this temple. Gurjars attribute a sword and shield as symbol of Gurjar chivalry in every darshan. The temple is made by mirrors, Lime mortars and Marble. The excellent work of the mirror is done in the original temple. The shutters of the inner temple are made of gold while outer shutters are made of silver. Both outer and inner door of the temple are covered with silver. The temple received huge donation from the states of Mewar and Marwar and many articles of gold and silver are common in daily poojas. The Maharana of the Mewar has a special custom of visiting the temple round a year and offering prayers for the state for its well being. Garud ji is installed in the other courtyard. Stone elephants are placed on the both sides of the entrance. Temple is in the open space. The temple is visited by lakhs of pilgrims. Then the king Shri Gang Dev got divine instruction in his dream to install the idol to be recovered from water. Then he installed this idol in his garh (fort). It is said the Pandavas also worshiped this idol before proceeding for their last YATRA to Himalaya. To protect this temple about 125 battles have taken place. Many times idol also was submerged in the water for its safety.

Visiting holy place is always a treasure, having the virtue without hardship never be remembered, if you visit from Kumbhalgarh it is hiking by trail to reach this holy place. When we reached to the cave temple we found so peacefulness and it is having true story of representation of tenacity performed by Parshuramji Lord Shankar-Parvati manifested this holy place, it’s worth visiting the place as we look to do hiking the trail and the holy place, but those who love to visit easy way there is another route is from Ranakpur. We have visited on the day of Holi to this place and had Prasad of “Bhaang” by temple and we had great time spent to this place! Must visit this lovely place to bless by Lord Shankar-Parvati!

Maharana Pratap Memorial is max 5 min drive from mesmerizing Haldighati. First stop can be Chetak's Samadhi, then head up for grand Maharana Statue. Further move towards the museum, where you can see light and sound show with background based on few events of Maharana. Overall a mesmerizing historical experience. One must visit this place if they honor the bravery of Vir Maharana Pratap. Purely historical place.

Less known historical place build by Rana Raj Singh. Lots of fishes are seen in lake. Surrounding is historical and cool place to visit. Must visit place if you are visiting Udaipur, Shrinathji and Kumbhalgarh.
