Outstanding service from this outfit. I booked a return journey after a planned Routeburn tramp back to Queenstown. Unfortunately, I had to cancel with only a bit of notice, and they were amazing. They refunded one fare within 24 hours, and the rest within a couple of days, which was outstanding considering it was right on New Year and they had minimal staff working. Excellent service.
