Touring with Onyabike Adventures was the absolute highlight of my trip. They obviously put so much effort into finding unique ways to see the highlights of the Danang area. Feels so good to drive by the mass of tourists and go beyond to local spots which you basically have to yourself. I had so much fun with my driver Viet. He knew so much about the area and made me feel so safe and comfortable the whole time. Speaking of comfortable, the bikes are heavenly! I've done a few motorbike trips and this one is by far the absolute best one I have ever been on. The people, the bikes, the scenery - everything is fantastic!

Paradise Cave and Phong Nha cave are located in Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park which were formed by the karst terrain, inside of limestone mountains. First 5km of Paradise Cave has been discovered by explorers of the British Cave Research Association in 2005. Until 2010, the explorers officially announced that they has fully discovered the whole cave which is 31,4km full length. The widest part of the cave is around150 meters and the highest point is around 100 meters which makes the cave longest and biggest dry cave in Asia. In the mean time, Phong Nha Cave is well-known as the water cave, which covers an underground river reaching to the border of Laos with over 13km total length. The combination of stalactite, stalagmite and the lights which were set up in the cave even makes it become more sparkling. You will go through a lot of wow moments in the tour with us.
Inclusions: Environmental Management Charge (Reef Tax), National Park fees, Fuel surcharge, Local taxes, Bottled water, All activities, Professional guide, Hotel pickup and drop-off

Thank you for heart warming support. I enjoyed an excellent scenery in the cave. I recommend visitors to go there from Dong Hoi city. 1 hour ride from there is just suitable for a nap on the way to go and from comparing boring long bus ride from other cities.

Our guide (Bo?) was very nice and friendly. We went to a lacquer art factory and gallery that employs people affected by agent orange and the many details and painstaking steps it takes to make the beautiful pieces. If you want to buy a small picture or piece, make sure to bring between 500k or 1mil dong. We were told 60% goes to the the workers. The tunnels and bunkers were super interesting and we had the opportunity to go in them and really experience and start to understand what it must have been like for the people who used them. There were lots of displays and demonstrations on how clothing, shoes, food and such was prepared as well. Lunch was in a nice location with interesting and tasty Vietnamese dishes. These were by far our favorite parts of the trip. We also took a boat to an island on the Mekong. We saw bee keeping, singing, and fruit gardens on the island. Each station and place to visit has something to sell or tips to give. So if interested, just make sure you have enough small bills and dong. Possibly even 500k more. We did not realize all the extra, so started to run out of cash dong towards the end of the trip. Overall the trip was nice and the Cu Chi tunnels are definitely a highlight of the tour!
The Centre of Vietnam is the longest region of the country with over 1.000 kms from North to South. This region is encircled by mountains forming a natural border with Lao. Even if the Centre is less famous than Ha Noi, the Ha Long Bay or Ho Chi Minh City, it offers a very rich patrimony. Indeed, the Centre of Vietnam counts for four of the five national wonders registered to the UNESCO. Those are usually remains of the glorious past of Annam, the name given to this region under the French colonization. One of the most stunning sights to see in Central is My Son, Vietnam’s most important site of the ancient kingdom of Champa. Located in the heart of a beautiful valley and surrounded by high mountains ranges, My Son is around 80km from Da Nang city. Letters from the 4th century were found whist excavating My Son, revealing that complex for offerings and worship of the Hindu god. In 1999, UNESCO conservation protects cultural heritage world.

Contacted the night before by email and message at front desk of hotel to confirm times & pick up.Picked up from our hotel at the time stated relatively new mini bus with air conditioning. Bus held 12 only 6 on tour. Cold water provided. Scenic drive out to My Son with the guide pointing relevant points of interest as we drove to site (about 90 mins). The site was empty on our arrival (just before Covid 19 hit a number of countries had already stopped their nationals travelling). The site is small but worth seeing. We had to take an electric bus up to the site from the car park I would have preferred to walk as it was less than a mile. The guide was very informative and answered any questions brought up by the group. We had nearly 2 hours walking around and then back on the bus to Hoi An. We asked to be dropped in the Old town not at our hotel which the driver and guide facilitated. We had considered renting a scooter and making our own way there but it is quite a considerable distance, the weather very hot, traffic intimidating and roads are not always hard surfaced. Worth the money

Pro’s: - prompt pick up our hotel. - clean and safe vehicle, and well driven. Con’s: - Tour guide clearly had no idea of the strict rules in place at some of the venues e.g. that we could take photos outside of Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum. Told off by soldiers/guards multiple times. This shows a lack of understanding the rules and etiquette for someone who should be experienced. - Excuses were made when challenged. - Kept wandering off to get cash out. - Grasp of English limited and difficult to understand. Hard to engage and answer questions. - Trip seemed to finish very early (3hours), not really a half day tour.

This trip was very well planned and organized. Our guide ‘Man’ was very nice and helpful. Hotel pick and drop off in old quarter. Food was OK on the boat, nothing out of ordinary. The mini boat rides were well arranged in the Halong bay. It is a MUST See in Vietnam tour. Just amazing. Remember, it will get really hot and humid. There in no air conditioner anywhere except on the use. But still worth it. I highly recommend this tour.
