What to do and see in Pula, Istria: The Best Things to do Good for Couples

August 16, 2021 Hector Krause

Pula is situated at the southern tip of the Istrian peninsula and is the area's largest city. Located beneath seven hills and with views of the Adriatic, Pula's unspoiled natural surroundings are magical. Known for its mild climate and tame, beautiful sea, Pula also has a long tradition of winemaking, fishing and shipbuilding. It is also home to many ancient Roman buildings, including the well-preserved, magnificent amphitheater.

The beautiful Brijuni Islands, a harmonious combination of scenic and cultural attractions, are ecological paradise and, since 1984, a national park and memorial area. The National park of Brijuni consists of 13 islands and the all Brijuni archipelago consists of 14 islands. Our excursion starts from Pula's harbour, in the past one of the strongest Austrian-Hungarian harbour. You will see the place where is sanked war ship "Viribus Unitis". The excursion continues with the cruising around archipelago. The boat "KIKA" cruise near the coast of island Vanga, where is presidential residence, then around Mali Brijun, where is situated unique austrian-hungarian fort "Brijuni Minor". Then the boat cruise near the golf course and harbour Brijuni on island Veliki Brijun. During the trip our crew serve a freshly prepared and grilled meal (fish, meat or vege menu) and wine (water or juice) to all our guests. After a two-hour panoramic trip we have a break on a beautiful little island of national park called Sv. Jerolim. Sv. Jerolim is the island of peace and recreation, ideal for swimming and taking sun, island of the peacocks. After the break we return to Pula. Price 22o kuna + 40 kuna entrance to Jerolim island
