Puerto Aventuras mingles tropical beauty with the riches of the sea. Beaches are fantastic, with powdery, white sand, and there's excellent fishing as well. For a fun day, explore the eco-archeological park Xcaret, or snorkel at Xel-ha, a natural inlet water park. The Mayan ruins at Tulum, only 25 minutes away, are another must-see.

I would 100% recommend this tour and the company. We had to change last minute our pick up location, the company got back to me right away and did the changes immediately. They are very professional and easy to deal with. They picked us up right on time and the tour itself was wonderful, very well organized and our tour guide and driver were excellent! amazed with all the info our tour guide provided us. The only downside was the food, very disappointed.

I was referred to Living Dreams when I was inquiring concerns regarding a different company. I am so happy I was referred to Living Dreams! We booked 2 tours with them... The Coba Jungle Tour and Cenotes, and the Underground River Tour and Turtle Snorkeling. We had Hector as our guide and enjoyed him so such we requested him as our guide for our second tour. These are private tours so you are not rushed and they go to less crowded sites which makes each experience more memorable and pleasurable! They helped us design our tours based on our likes and desires and I must say every place they suggested and took us to exceeded our expectations! This company is very professional, honest, and have a wonderful staff working for them! I recommend you book all your tours Living Dreams you will not be disappointed :-)

We booked a Jett-ski/Tulum excursion in April 2021 in Mexico. The Jet- ski excursion went off without any hiccups. The problem came about when the 2nd excursion was scheduled the same day as our Covid test to return home. We met our driver that was taking us to the Tulum excursion in front of the resort as instructed. The Nexus driver informed us the excursion will be an all day event. (Not good) So I immediately contacted Bryan, the rep from Nexus about this schedule conflict. He told me to give him time to try to find something else for us to do. That was in the morning, afternoon came still no word from Bryan. So I contacted Bryan again about my refund. He tells me to come up front to work on a refund. I get to the office and he takes my email. That’s it! And he’s been giving me the runaround ever since. I’ve emailed this company, no reply! Called the US number that’s online, no reply! $200 down the drain! I’ll never do business with anything associated with this Nexus brand. Buyers beware

We were very pleased with our experience with Oscar of Tulum Day Trips. If you are looking for a top notch guide who pays attention to all the details, we recommend this service. Oscar is real professional and provides a wealth of information about the region, ecosystem and mayan culture. He is not only super knowledgeable but also kind and attentive. He made sure our day was easy and adventurous! He took us snorkeling in a cenote and provided all the gear we needed, drove, proved lunch and snacks, paid all entrance fees and most importantly increased our understanding and enjoyment of these amazing natural wonders. The float through the waterways at Sian Ka'an was an exceptional experience. We felt that this service was well worth the expense!

Emotions, adventure and learning! Take this tour to appreciate two important sites for the Mayan culture: Tulum and Cenote La Gloria. The ancient architecture and knowledge of the Mayas are alive in Tulum, an old city built at the seashore. We’ll visit its important vestiges such as El Castillo, the most representative place of the archaeological site and later, we’ll descend to the beach, surrounded by dark cliffs that contrast with the turquoise water of the Caribbean. And finally, we’ll visit Cenote La Gloria, a natural pit with crystalline water. You can swim there to have a relaxation time.

Richard truly went the extra mile and then some for us. First, he drove all the way into Cancun to pick us up and took us back out to Tulum via an off-the-beaten track cenote. Richard insured we had it just to ourselves. I have never had a cave experience like this- it was incredible. Even our 12-year-old was happy, which is saying something. My favorite moment was tied between floating on our backs under stalactites or being given a tequila shot while my daughter said, “Wow, Mom. Just wow.” Thanks to COVID testing, we had to cut our tour short at the last minute but Richard rolled with it and ensured we did everything on our list- including a fantastic beach lunch. So very happy. Everything a private tour should be. Wish we were still there.
