City Park has something for everyone. There are two small lakes that you can either feed the ducks and geese or the kids will have a blast fishing for trout. There is a wonderful Zoo that has easy access for any age. For the shooters, there is an indoor pistol range, there are tennis courts and baseball fields, a swimming pool and a skateboard park. The park even has put in a freezbee golf course and don't forget the carnival rides for the kids open in the evenings during the summer months.

Drove through the town of Kim CO and points beyond all the way to the panhandle of Oklahoma. It was a quiet the scenic adventure lots of scenery that doesn't make you think Colorado but hey here you are. I would recommend a high clearance vehicle with 4wd if possible to travel these roads off the main highways. The rewards are outstanding.

We had seen the Electric Critters show held during the Christmas holiday a few years ago. My grandchildren enjoyed it then. We took them again this year. It had many more critters and activities for the children. We, adults enjoyed it. The children got a kick out of watching the Mircats showing off! An activity worth taking families to enjoy the Christmas Season. Thank You Pueblo Zoo for giving Pueblo a wonderful display and activities.

Lake Pueblo, Colorado State Park

Reviewed By violab607 - Pueblo West, United States

There is so much to see at the park, mountins in the distance are sometimes snow capped. The senery is breath taking. Walking, biking paths are abundent. There is fishing and I hear some big ones didn't get away here. Living nearby and with the parks pass we frequently that that route to go to the south part of town.
