Luca was absolutely fab! The whole day was so well done and very smooth. It massively exceeded my expectations. It was a surprise for 2 of the group of 4 and they loved it, especially with the optional wine tasting at the end of the day! Luca has so much knowledge and there were not any questions he couldn't answer. Absolutely perfect day, thanks Luca!

My children had lessons with Matteo's super motivated and professional sci instructor. The school offers groups of small numbers, which I personally highly appreciate. Also, the school takes the kids to different areas so they get to see different slopes. (I believe no every ski school does this.) In particular Asia is an amazing teacher how kindly took photos/videos of my son - this added the icing to the cake. I would choose this sci school anytime!

Valtellina is one of the hidden gems of northern Italy just two hours drive north of Milan. If you are a wine lover, this is an extraordinary destination to visit. Valtellina is the largest terraced area of vineyards in Italy with its 2,500 kilometers of picturesque vineyards built over the centuries and now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During our tour you will visit the picturesque village of Varenna and through the paronamic road on Lake Como we will reach Morbegno where we will visit an ancient Bottega from 1883. Then in Traona in a dairy to taste local cheeses. Lunch in a family restaurant where you will taste the famous typical "pizzoccheri" dish. The tour continues after lunch until your last stop - a visit to a historic winery in the Valtellina Cantine Nera.

I have been trying to book this tour since mid-January 2020. I saw the ad on TripAdvisor website and it said the date of 4/14/20 was available on their calendar. Since we will be in Milan for only 2 days and 4/14/20 was the only date our son can join us from his business trip. When I clicked on the date that we wanted, and went through the registration process by putting in our names and credit card numbers, etc. only to find out that tour date was not available. I then called TripAdvisor and Viator respectively, they both said the tour date was available but filling up fast so I asked the agent to book it for us. Again, we went through the registration process and gave her my credit card info, only was told by the agent that her computer at her end would not let her book it. She then put me on hold and called the local supplier. They told her that there were seats available but somehow the agent at this end could not book it. After hanging on the phone for over 15 minutes, we were told we will have to try it at another time. She told me to try again a week later to see if the local operator will be able to solve their website glitches. I've tried it 3 times after waiting for a week each time to no avail. I have given up. Now I saw the tour price has gone up from the time that we tried to book in mid-January. TripAdvisor even sent me a "let's do it" email to remind me to try it again. It's the same thing: the calendar shows the date available but after clicking on the date and put in all my contact info and credit card info, it comes up that the date is no longer available. TripAdvisor and the local operator need to get their acts together.

Paddling among the rapids of a river is certainly an adrenaline and exciting activity, but who said it is an activity for the few !? Certainly many years of activity, practice and knowledge of good technique are needed to face the most demanding rapids, extreme routes and waterfalls, but now with FICK Indomita Instructors, everyone can experiment and get involved in this activity. All this is possible thanks to two important factors, the Adda river which in some of its features has the perfect characteristics for a beginner and a playful and safe practice, with the alternation of rapids and areas of calm and the introduction of new open kayaks - so-called sit on top - with a design that ensures stability, fun and lots of emotions. Survival X is a kind of second level. Practiced on a stretch of the Adda river which also has class 3 rapids, it begins to make you experience the power of the river, its waves and its rollers or holes.
