Tenuta Macellaro is a winery which was born in Postiglione, Province of Salerno, in the early 1950s. It extends to approximately 12 hectares, planted with vineyards and olive groves. The our winery in in the area of ​​Cilento-Paestum. Paestum wines boasts a wine heritage of ancient tradition characterized from the production of wines of the highest quality with a very marked specificity.

Azienda Agricola Tagliafierro , una piccola e sorprendente realtà situata in uno splendido scorcio nel polmone verde della costiera Amalfitana ,Tramonti. Fra terrazzamenti in forte pendenza, ricoperti da imponenti pergole tradizionali in palo di castagno, e viti centenarie prephilloxera a piedefranco, il nostro giovane imprenditore Raffaele Tagliafierro classe 1990 ha ereditato gli antichi segreti e la grande passione del nonno paterno, facendone tesoro , passione e tradizione attraverso la realizzazione della “ sua cantina “ Dice : “ Una tradizione antica che, ne sono convinto, apprezzerete ad ogni sorso del mio vino “ La produzione Tagliafierro si impegna nel rispetto del territorio e del consumatore essendo un azienda in conversione al biologico, si distingue per la linea guida del “ senza solfiti aggiunti” e sulla produzione di vini a denominazione Costa D’Amalfi.

The visit to the farm is a complete experience: it starts with the tour of the vineyards with an explanation of our philosophy based on biological farming and biodynamic processes, it then proceeds to the winery where the grapes are transformed into wine and the wines are bottled and stored for aging. It is also possible to have a guided tour of the olive oil mill where we explore the different stages of the extra virgin olive oil production. At the end of the tour we taste the wines and our extra virgin olive oil specially paired with some of our traditional locally-produced food.
