Folicello is the name of our organic farm which relies entirely on the naturalness of its product, with sincere passion for the genuineness and the environment. The refusal of chemicals, both in the cultivation that in wine-making, involves a repertoire of alternative strategies that recovers the traditional methods, but also exploits the good steps of the research that provides natural products and innovative techniques. The characteristics of the organic farmer are therefore a rigorous professionalism and the loving care for its products. During these years of passions, several projects are born, some already implemented, like our Grape Juice with important nutritional values, our wines without sulfites including the first sparkling white wine Pignoletto without sulfites, and others still to be realized. We hope to have the pleasure to know you and let you taste our products... Antonella and Marco

Antica Acetaia Villa Bianca is one of the oldest acetaia in Modena. It is located in an privileged area for the production of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. It gives you the chance to plunge back into the past. In the old mansion, built in 1600, the passion of seven generation vinegar makers is jealously preserved in the family’s precious barrels.

We took a private tour at the farm and Diego, the owner, explained us everything about the vinegar production process, the history of the family business and the difference of traditional balsamico vinegar and aceto di balsamico di modena. We were impressed by his passion and the time he took for us. We were invited to try all different kinds of his vinegar, recepie recommendations included. Diego was super friendly and enthusiastic. What he and his family does is nothing but impressive. If you have the chance, visit their site just outside Vignola. Truly authentic!!
