We were lucky enough to be introduced to this gentleman and his wine in 2017. Tonight, we celebrated a milestone but sadly finished the last bottle we brought back from our trip. The whole experience of visiting Bodega Carmelo Patti proved to be one of the greatest highlights on the best vacation we've ever taken. Carmelo is authentic, earnest, and friendly. He crafts incredible wine that tastes all the better because you feel like he's an old friend and that you're part of his family within minutes of arriving. This is a spot worth seeking out if you're in or near Mendoza, and if you enjoy wine, look for a bottle wherever you can find it. You won't be disappointed.

Hang-gliding is one of many activities offered at this 865-acre park which houses a zoo and national science museum and is replete with beautiful walkways.

In the peak of the summer heat in Buenos Ares this Park is a sanctuary with its peaceful grounds, cool shady trees and virtually Quite yet close to the city and action. Beautiful biking and walking trails, lake, and birds. I had a full day of fun visiting the park, the added bonus a free wifi to stay In touch. Very nicely kept and super clean. The irrigation system is also based on old Inca methods.

Beautiful daily walk if you want to explore Parque General San Martin and climb up to Cerro de la Gloria. You can go by foot all the way (not for everyone), on a bike, or maybe just take the bus if you want and hop off at the monuments base. The General San Martin monument was closed to the public, so was the toilets at the top (hope they fix everything soon), anyway the view at the top its breathtaking and worth every step of the way.

Astonishing place, just 1 hour from Mendoza city, if you can go by car is better because you can freely choose between stops and the distances are far for walking. On the other hand you can take a bus (AR$81 by ticket) and hop off on the second stop (the first one after Cacheuta). The Dam itself its a marvelous lake with blue waters and high mountains you can see the Aconcagua from certain places. It becomes the perfect activity for a whole day, pack some food, beverages and a speaker if you want, invite some friends over and enjoy. Just be cautious of the sun there is no shading. Some spots has kayak and other rental activities for the day.

We had a beautiful Anniversary dinner here. It was 3 lovely courses each with a different wine and it cost 870 pesos which converts to 23USD at the time of writing. There dining room has fantastic views and before dinner you can look around the winery and take some great pictures as well as buy some of the lovely wines they produce there. Latest time is 2pm and YOU MUST BOOK. They were very full and rejected lots of people (including us until my wife spoke to the lovely host Nicola). This will be one of the highlights of your trip, just get a taxi from Mendoza it's not that far.

Cristo Redentor De Los Andes

We have visited this place yesterday (22 May, 2018). We were traveling from Argentina to Chile and it was a bit difficult to find turn to the road. My advice is to trust google maps and go by directions. Turn to the left is not seen at all. We have made trip through tunnel, paid 30$, turned arround, went back, found road and after that we have paid 30$ once again for using tunnel to go to chile :) That was worth of it! Road was excellent, driving tooked approx.40min to go up, no cars was on the road, neither on the top. We were only one visitors, everything was closed and you can feel pure silence and beauty of mountains. Few meters of road was covered by melting ice, but we saw that road from Chile side was covered with ice and snow fully, do not recommend to go from that side. We came back the same way, made lots of photos. You can go by standard car, just need to pay attention on the road, there are some rocks where standard car can be hitten because of its hight

Plaza San Martin

Reviewed By Jnanayog - St. John's, Canada

We were very impressed our first visit to this Plaza, thus it was a joy to return and enter it again. What the plaza misses in size it make up for that and more with the beautiful arrangement of the trees, the open spaces, the sitting, the fountains and a rather large Center piece statue of the General. Albeit I give equal value to how the otherwise ‘dead’ trees have be given another life with those lovely carvings, my favourite being the one with the Condor wrapped around its base area and topped off with grape vines. A joy to be back. Kudos to the City.
