I booked the 7-day Camino Frances in November 2020 for travel in May this year but we cannot now make it due to the COVID pandemic: South Africans are being restricted world wide for travel. I was told that the booking included one "free date change". I advised them repeatedly that I needed to change the date, but no-one responds or acknowledges my notices. Yet whenever they are looking for bookings, they respond immediately - it seems that now that they have the deposit, it's a different story. Beginning to think I've been scammed.
