I walked straight from plane to exit - but driver didnt wait for me. I was not late! They were unable to offer a later shuttle. Told to get a cab.. disgusting service. Have not offered a refund and after no response from Expedia. I am now trying to dispute this via my credit card company.

We bought this tour from Viator, my first time using the company. The operator/driver was great at contacting us to make final arrangements especially as the weather was changeable. The tour was excellent, informative and relaxing and the horse was just lovely. We were picked up at our hotel in the center of Lucca and delivered back after a very relaxing and enjoyable time.

Marika was a lovely young woman who took us on an Introductory tour of Lucca’s historic center. It was a slow paced and relaxing way to see the ancient city on a hot summer day. We recommend it very highly.

We were fortunate to have Marco as our tour guide for this trip and he was excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable. Took us to a vineyard in Tuscany as well as. Took the time to make reservations at a beautiful restaurant in Florence and the food was amazing. Very clean vehicle waters for everyone. It was fantastic and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Did this tour in the summer of 2019 (not 2020) with our extended family, led by Luca and Chiara. It was such a fun and memorable experience. The bikes were in great condition. The guides were so helpful and informative and the treats we stopped to enjoy were fabulous. We also did their Pisa tour with them too, to make it a very full day. We loved every minute. Only 7 people and the tour was by Van. The driver guided us during the drive but no guide joined us at our stop in Castellina. Professional presentations at the wineries. Especially at Poggio Amorreli with Andrea where we were treated with Spumante, one white and two red Chianti and one supertuscan. We also got bread, cheese, salami with their own balsamic vinegar and olive oil. The driver called for a taxi upon arrival in Florence ????
