The province of Lodi (Italian: provincia di Lodi) is a province in the Lombardy region of Italy. Its provincial capital is the city of Lodi. As of 2015, it has a population of 229,576 inhabitants over an area of 783 square kilometres (300 sq mi), giving the province a population density of 293.2 inhabitants per square kilometre. The city of Lodi has a population of 44,769 inhabitants as of 2015, and the provincial president is Mauro Soldati.

Inaugurated in 1973 by the painter G. Novello, gathers 300 works, including watercolors by Tranquillo Cremona, oils and watercolors by Angelo Pietrasanta, cartoons by Alessandro Bertamini and Giuseppe Novello, works by Giorgio Belloni, Paolo Troubetzkoy, Piero Belloni Betti, Arturo Tosi. Other bequests have also increased the original nucleus with paintings by important artists.

The "Folligeniali" Museum was created to collect and preserve the work of arts realised by a group of artists called "Folligeniali", a name that puts together madness and genius. These artists have collaborated with the "Scuola Bergognone", a school of art founded in Lodi in 1975 by artist Angelo Frosio.
