O'Hara's Irish Stout and Ales are produced by Carlow Brewing Company. We are an independent Irish brewery established in 1996. Beers brewed by the company include O'Hara's Irish Red, O'Hara's Leann Follain, O'Hara's Irish Pale Ale and Curim Gold Celtic Wheat Beer.The beers produced are based on traditional Celtic beer styles and use wholesome ingredients (malt, hops, yeast and water) brewed in the natural process.

The new Ballykilcavan craft brewery is set on a 380 year old farm that has been in the same family for 13 generations. A visit to the brewery includes a look at the original 18th century stone farmyard at Ballykilcavan, a walk through the brewery, an explanation of the brewing process, a chance to taste the raw ingredients and to sample some of the finished beers.
