I have now been going to yoga classes here for over 2 years and can not recommend it enough! Classes are in various languages if needed. It has definitely been beneficial to me in lots of ways. Monica listens to any problems, aches or issues you may have and works on that to improve or resolve it. Great personal, profesional attention! The studio is lovely, clean and gives a very relaxing experience!

The CTR Catalunya Tennis Resort is a sport centre located in the coast of Girona - Barcelona (SPAIN).We offer our resort as an option for tennis players to go at any time of the year, for example on a vacation week. We are surounded by nature in a very peaceful area.Our activities through the year are the following: CTR Tennis Academy, Tennis Camps, Training Camps, Tennis Holidays, Private Lessons, and any other activity you would like to do.Our sport facilities are 14 tennis courts (8 clay courts, 4 hard courts, and 2 synthetic grass courts), two natural grass football fields, and 4 padel courts.The resort has a four stars Hotel, a restaurant, three outdoor swimming pools, gym, and SPA.
