This was a first for us (my husband and our good friend) and we weren't sure what to expect. After doing some google research we narrowed it down to a couple of companies. Creative Catalonia was responsive and Daniel provided excellent service--answering all kinds of questions promptly making us feel much more relaxed about what we might expect when we arrived. The difference-maker was being able to adjust some of the rides to work for our small group. It was 6 days/7 nights and we really couldn't have asked for a better first experience. The only suggestion I would have is that when they tell you there are no restaurants open in Spain in mid-afternoon/early evening, they mean it! A few times we arrived at our destination hungry and out of luck until 7 or 8pm at night. After a long days ride, that made for a few very hungry afternoons!
Plan a different getaway to enjoy a weekend with your friends or family and enjoy a sailboat getaway in Costa Brava. There are so many things to do on a sailboat: from learning to sail, trim the sails, choose the course and sailing into the wind to anchor away from a beautiful Cove, enjoy a refreshing swim, sunbathe or serve you an aperitif that you most want. Afternoon, return to the selected Marina and after a refreshing shower comes the night life in port. After night life, rest in your cabin and back to start in an intense new life.

Took a day to explore the beach of Barcelona and decided to do a boat trip with a friend. We found Barcodealquiler when walking by and took a chance with all the different companies available. Both Oscar and Ramon were great to work with. Ramon took us sailing for two hours and was very accommodating for our tour needs. Would highly recommend!
Wine and cava are a part of Catalan history. Each glass preserves a small piece of the past, which is why wine tourism in Catalonia is about much more than wine tasting. Catalonia is a land of contrasts, one being the agricultural landscape of Priorat where the elevated terrain in terraced llicorella soil requires the planting of small plots which gives the wine that unique taste. Another being the vineyards by the sea that are twisted by the winds of the Empordà DO where grapes are grown at 1,000 metres altitude on the Vi de Lleida route, and also the vineyards of Bages, which are protected by the bulk of Montserrat Mountains. On this tour, you'll discover the varied landscape and Catalan cultural heritage through more than 300 wineries that will open their doors to you. You'll cover two of the twelve wine designations of origin throughout Catalan including one cava Designation of Origin.
