Drop in at this picturesque winery in the hills of Tuscany for a tour of the estate.
My wife and I visited here on the last day of our holiday and it was the perfect way to finish. We arrived, the only couple, for a tour of the castle and cellars with the Tuscan snack and wine tasting option. Our guide Giuila was excellent, so pleasant and helpful! She gave us a fascinating history of the Frescobaldi family, castle and vineyards as well as a description of the wine production which culminated with the wine tasting and Tuscan snack in the villa. Let`s just say that after the "snack" we didn`t need any dinner that evening and the wine was superb! Hey, if it`s good enough for Prince Charles to visit......... I would thoroughly recommend visiting here to anyone considering it. We loved it and would come again, thank you Giulia.

Second time visiting Castello del Trebbio and, as the time before, couldn't think of anywhere we'd rather visit. Amazing location, amazing food, amazing wine and amazing hospitality. Alberto, Gerry, Sabrina and all of the team at Sosta del Gusto were incredible again. We are hoping to return in July to get married after delaying from last year due to covid. The hard work and attention to detail from Alberto and Sabrina has made the stress of delaying a million times easier. If you are looking for an amazing venue to get married or just a place to visit just book this place.

What can I say? After 11 years of visits, still my favorite place in the world to taste wine. The owner, Stefano, is passionate about the wines and about life, and incorporates both storytelling and philosophy into his tastings. If you are in Panzano, walk up the hill and visit him. You won't be disappointed!

It was an amazing experience. Well explained , tour through the wine and olive fields, explanation of the productions of wine and olives. And last but not least the wine tasting combined with the lunch and the information we got from Maria was really informative. You can not leave this please without buying excellent wine and olive oil ( and the famous basamico). We really enjoyed this afternoon and highly recommend this place to visit.

The Bucalossi family bought the estate from the Florentine noblewoman Emma Bizzarri. They have maintained the name “Casa Emma” respecting the historical roots of this land. The inherent philosophy of the company is to integrate the work of men with the surrounding environment so they merge into a single block of spectacular beauty. The estate of Casa Emma with its beautiful botanical park of Chianti with the blossoming roses of Chianti, with its beautiful vineyards, arranged like an amphitheater around the central core, reveals an ancient philosophy of life, where one can truly enjoy everything that surrounds them only by merging into it and thereby contribuiting to its improvements. Located at the heart of Chianti Classico, at an altitude of 420m. above sea level, the vineyards of Casa Emma are surely among the greatest expressions that a land like Chianti Classico can offer.
If you know anything about wine tasting, the education and experience of tasting a variety of wines can best be enjoyed when you have knowledgeable staff, hands-on tours and fabulous views while enjoying the tastes of some excellent wine. We enjoyed our tour, tasting and experience of purchasing some wines, oils and vinegar and have it all shipped back to us in the States. It is definitely worth the time to set up a visit and enjoy some great Tuscany hospitality!

The grape growing and wine making traditions of the Davaz family go back several decades. The Davaz have been cellaring wine in their estate between Fläsch and Maienfeld in the Bündner Herrschaft of Switzerland (Domain of the Grisons Lords ) since the early seventies. Sons Johannes and Andrea were originally winegrowers and cellar men who subsequently pursued a formal training as oenologists. The family then acquired «Poggio al Sole» in 1990 where the elder son, Johannes, now lives with his family.

Only a few miles from Florence, immersed in the beautiful lands of the Chianti, our historical Ruffino estate offers guided tours and tastings of our best wines to our guests.
It was such a great experience. Beautiful views, the cellar is impressive, the wines tasted were excellent and served elegantly with some food, our tour guide Angie was very knowledgeable friendly and generous with the tastings. We were there with our 3 children (18+) and another nice couple and everybody enjoyed the 3 hours there so much that we highly recommend it to wine lovers

On our last day in Tuscany we've had a wine tasting at Poggio al Bosco. Due to Covid-restrictions it was different than normal, but it was stil great. We all tasted 2 wines (each one could choose their own wine) which were really tasty. Of course we ended up buying wine, but you definately do not feel obliged to do so. Its a nice small family winery where you feel welcome and where they have great wine.
