Family owned and operated farm brewery located in Idyllic Prince Edward County. Every beer tells a story. Gaining inspiration from the rich County history and culture our family owned and operated farm brewery encompasses two 150 year old - heritage lumber buildings that were disassembled, moved and re-purposed as our bottle shop and tap room. Opening its doors in October 2016, Parsons brews are enjoyed throughout the County in restaurants and pubs. Our expansive beer garden features alfresco dining from our Outdoor Kitchen, enjoy the unstructured playground with your little ones nestled between a field of barley and a fledgling hop yard. It doesn't get better than this. Crafted Authentically. Brewed Sustainably. Shared Passionately.
My wife and I made the trip out to Parsons, and it was well worth it. The staff took all the necessary COVID precautions, which was nice. We were quickly served our beverages and took a seat on the extensive picnic table set up on the property. I thoroughly enjoyed the Double IPA, as you can see in the picture. My wife (not a beer drinker) really liked her artisanal raspberry & lime soda.

Brewery, tap room and patio with Slight Peppa Caribbean cuisine. Live music and beach volleyball court. 10 beers on tap and plenty of shenanigans.
What an amazing place. We came for a bachelorette and we’re not disappointed. Delicious beer, fun employees and an awesome place. Our guide Zack was the highlight of the day, as was Dan, they made the tour and our day 100x better. Definitely was not expecting to spend the majority of our day there, but I’m so glad we did. I will for sure be back in the summer!!

Had a great tasting experience over the weekend. There are several beers to try and the couple we had were tasty. The owners are very welcoming and took the time to chat with everyone who had questions about the beer or about how Gillingham Brewery came to fruition. The tasting room is really nice as is the patio outside where you can sit and enjoy a glass. We look forward to visiting the next time we are in the area.

Barley Days Brewery opened its doors in 2007 as the first Craft Brewery in Prince Edward County. Over the years we have produced many different styles and flavoured craft beers. We are continuing to grow our portfolio and bring the consumers what they want. Every season we are delivering a new flavourful beer, as well as continuing to carry our standard lineup.
You go in, are greeted warmly and then informed that for a mere $2 you are treated to a tasting of 8 beers by people who really know their beers. Today Larry was behind the tasting bar. This guys knows more about hops and yeasts than I honestly thought was possible. Overall just a great experience and one that should not be missed when visiting the County. Oh, and did I mention that on weekends in season there is a food truck serving up amazing smoked meats! Ya gotta eat and drink here!

A small family owned cidery in Prince Edward County! We use traditional fermentation techniques to deliver the true flavours of Prince Edward County. 100% of our apples are hand-picked from Campbell's Orchards - pressed, fermented, and bottled with the intent to deliver a high-quality cider, ripe for your enjoyment.
Built into a limestone hill, our brewery offers stunning panoramic views of The County from our taproom and patio. We currently produce clean, balanced, easy drinking ales and lagers but we will be introducing mixed-fermentation beers from our cellar as our barrel program evolves over the coming months and years.
