Imagine riding through the desert, watching a summer sunset from the back of your horse, or taking off for a day or just a few hours to explore 197,000 acres of prime sage and mesquite range land. We offer trail rides of all types. Whichever you choose, you can ride the range, play with cows, and enjoy lip smackin' Western barbeque.
I can't say enough how much we enjoyed the trail ride today a SVR. Though we've lived in the LV area for quite a long time, this was an adventure that was unforgettable. Our Wrangler Dana was fantastic from start to finish, great knowledge of the history of the area and loaded with facts about the desert. High praise to our rides, Tank and Chex. We felt at home the second we arrived, the lunch after the ride was fantastic, the Ranch itself wonderful. Well worth the hour drive, we'll do it again, thanks SVR for a great day and thank you Dana for making the day perfect....!

This 18-hole golf course, part of the Primm Resorts, changes elevation frequently and offers magnificent views of the surrounding area of mountains and desert.

2 beautiful Tom Fazio designs (Lakes and Desert) with stunning mountain views. It's a bonus there are no homes to obstruct the beautiful scenery. Based on some previous reviews, yes the conditions were rougher 2-3 years ago but it's undergone a great revitalization the last few years I feel. And rarely do you get to play a public Tom Fazio course under $100. The next closest Fazio design is Shadow Creek in Vegas for $600 and it's not that much better in my opinion. This course is a hidden gem and well worth the little extra drive from the strip. The staff is friendly and it's usually not crowded so the pace of play is usually good. We played the past week and the conditions were excellent. Greens were bent grass and rolled fast and true (I would guess a stimp of 10-11). There are 2 courses there so it's easy to play 36. Practice area is also nice with a grass range and 2 large short game areas. It's located at the NV-CA border so well worth hitting it coming to or leaving Vegas. Highly recommend.

Call before going to Primm. If it's too windy, the coaster will be closed. However, if you're seeking a hair raising, mind blowing coaster ride, this is it. It will zoom you down at 80 mph. It's not very expensive. But I feel the price is worth the ride.
