Beautifully decorated Christmas trees done by Prattville businesses line the creek walk with lights and holiday decorations! Mesmerizing! Downtown is amazing, all decked out with zillions of lights, storefront decorations, street lights and wreaths everywhere. Great for picture taking! Safe, lit well and families with kids everywhere! GO SEE IT!

i have been documenting the interior of this factory for 2 years now for HPRA. It has an amazing history and built cotton gins from 1848 through 2007. The building is not open to the public but the exterior and dam is one of the most popular photo sites in Prattville.

A short hike through a wonderland...a forest of huge cans creakily swaying in the breeze leads you to a pond in the center where the bullfrog songs are truly amazing.

From the bluff the vista was gorgeous with Cooters Pond in the foreground, an expanse of trees in fall colors in the mid-ground and an excellent view of Montgomery in the distance.

This massive indoor mall is home to over 300 dealers, so you could actually shop 'til you drop. The wide aisles, great lighting and well-planned booth layout make shopping Prattville Pickers an easy and enjoyable experience and a picker's paradise! An absolute tourist destination, the building itself is a 100,000 sq. ft. repurposed sewing factory that was originally built in the 70's filled to the brim with all kinds of vintage goodies. It's all under one roof in "The Fountain City" - Prattville, Alabama.
This is not a flea market so don't expect to negotiate prices but it is a very nice place where people can rent booths and present their various wares for sale. Some things are antique while others are refurbished/upcycled or newly crafted items. I love to go just look around for hidden treasures.
