The underground archaeological tour of Rione Terra is a journey in the ancient Roman colony, Puteoli , founded in 194 BC and soon became the commercial port of Rome. The course is located below the tuff rock overlooking the Gulf of Pozzuoli, between Nisida and Bay, and runs along the principal axes of the Roman city, hinges and decumani. La nostra passione Il caseificio Bufalè nasce l’8 Giugno 2016 È situato in via Domitiana ad Arcofelice – Pozzuoli. Ex negozio di abbigliamento, trasformato nel giro di 1 anno, in un vero e proprio CASEIFICIO con produzione annessa. L’approvvigionamento della materia prima cuore della mozzarella, il latte, proviene dalla nostra azienda agricola. Il sogno della famiglia Piccolo si realizza nel 2016 con la nascita del caseificio summenzionato, gestito da Maria Luisa Piccolo e dai suoi fratelli. Il caseificio è una attività aperta 24 ore, di notte per la produzione dei formaggi, su tutti la mozzarella che sta riscontrando un sorprendente successo grazie alla qualità e bontà così delicata e genuina; e di giorno aperto al pubblico per la rispettiva vendita. Pieno di progetti e sviluppi futuri, il caseificio Bufalè è pronto ad espandersi su molte altre zone d’Italia, al fine di soddisfare anche i nostri clienti più lontani dalla regione campana.
