Pottstown is a borough in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, United States about 40 miles (55 km) northwest of Philadelphia and 20 miles (32 km) southeast of Reading, on the Schuylkill River. An escape room game is a physical adventure game in which players are locked in a room and have to use elements of the room to escape within 1 hours time
This was our first time going to an Escape Room and it did not disappoint. Everyone had a great time and could help find clues, from the youngest 8 and 11 year olds, the teenagers and adults. We all loved it. They had very clever ways to hide things and ways of figuring things out. The staff was wonderful too. So friendly and helpful! Can't wait to try another room when we go back to visit our friends in PA!

The Georgian home of John Potts, founder of Pottstown, was built in 1752.
We received a very informative tour by the museum curator, giving us a glimpse into the life of the privileged 18th century Potts family and their descendants. Interesting info about the iron industry in colonial times. Due to the pandemic, our tour was scheduled by phone, and limited to members of one household.

My wife and I watch for what is coming next so that we can get tickets. Performances are solid and make some interesting choices that make the shoes delightful! For Christmas Story, they casted kids under 6 (or so) totally making the show! I still smile thinking about there performance!! Really a great opportunity for a date night or fun trip with family and friends!!

We went on a trip with school. The place was magical. The carousel was lovingly restored in an effort to help revitalize Pottstown. It is definitely worth visiting. The volunteers who run it obviously take pride and joy in seeing the looks on the faces of those who ride the carousel. It is the perfect place for a party with lots of tables and seating. They have a snack bar as well. If you are in the area, make this a stop.
