Well worth seeing, the mosaics in the apse of the church alone justify the entrance fee of 40 kuna. If possible, make the climb up the tower for the finest view over Porec.

Nice city. It was 15min from our hotel. For those who don’t want to go there on foot, there is a noddy train for 50HRK (~6,80€). There are many restaurants, narrow streets with little souvenir shops and beautiful seaside with lighthouse view. There are many boats and yachts in the seaport. We were amazed.

We went to round tower after we did a old town tour. We had great time in the bar at round tower and the weather was great

Venezia Lines offers a high speed ferry service connecting Italy to the Istrian Peninsula. We organise trips connecting Venice to Pula, Porec, Rovinj, and Umag in Croatia as well as Piran in Slovenia. The service is seasonal and commences in the last week of April until the first week of October. In July and August we offer a daily service between both countries. Venezia Lines is the fastest and most secure way to cross between the 2 countries.
Fabulous day trip on a great boat with fabulous entertaining & knowledgable Guides - we loved our day! So worthwhile paying the extra supplement to VIP to be able to stand outside & enjoy the views of our entry into & out of Venice - the Gondola & water taxi excursions were really good value & Ingrid’s sandwiches & friendly service were great - if you’re in the area this is a - Must Do trip - Thank you Venezia Lines we loved our trip to Venice with you!

from the main square walk up " Decumanus Street " , the street is so clean, there are many stores and cafe's & restaurants....if you get lost ask a local, they speak English and really want to assist you, walk to the end and you will reach the left over from the Roman Ruins called " Trg Marafor "... I enjoyed looking at them and take pictures, would love to share them with you, but there is no link to do so..
