A circular walk to the Iron Age hillfort on the twin headlands of The Rumps and around Pentire Point where the poem "for the fallen" was composed and is commemorated, to the sandy beach at Polzeath. 4.2 miles. Steepness: moderate.
What a fantastic walk along a beautiful section of the South West Coast path. Steady path with gradual inclines and declines, as well as unreal views of the cost.
