For three generations, the Cluizel family has bathed in the sweet, spicy aromas of chocolate. In just 60 years, this enthusiastic, innovative family has become a high-quality chocolate dynasty running three very special trades in masterly style: cocoa bean transformer, confectioner and experienced chocolate-maker.

Visiting 31, rue Cambon is like stepping inside a fashion museum. Here you'll find all things Chanel, from clothing and shoes to sunglasses and fine jewelry. Cap your shopping with a sip of Champagne.
December 2018 first visit, purchased a chanel tweed coat which is just stunning and very classic. The staff were friendly & helpful, our assistant was Ken who we got along with really well, he also had a training assistant with him, unfortunately forgot her name but she was very sweet & he helped in translation from french to english for us. Both of them were so sweet and made the whole experience there so special. They delivered my coat & the jewellery we purchased the iconic 31 rue cambon packaging with the black logo on a white bag (as opposed to every other chanel store being white logo on black bag). Would love to shop there again
