We took this tour 2 years ago…. It seems long time ago after a year of Covid!! We met Maurizio at the parking place , he was there holding a sign with our name on it! I often had questions and he would reply within hours. His level of service was superior. He were a group of 8 in a comfortable van for a tour of Pisa and Lucca. Thanks a lot!!

Massimo picked us up on time at the hotel and we spent a wonderful day exploring Montalcino and Montepulciano. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The tour was well paced and included visits to two wineries. I would recommend to anyone interested in a private tour of the Tuscan countryside.

We had two airport transfers. Everything went perfect. Polite drivers and luxury vehicles. Easy to book. Will use always while in Italy. Regards Andrew Stevens
Everybody knows and loves Super Tuscans! But where does this word come from? This term was coined in the early 1980’s to describe a red blend from Tuscany, with the use of wine grapes that are not only indigenous to Italy, particularly Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah! The tour departs at 8.30 am from your hotel/harbour in Livorno, Lucca, Pisa or Piombino In the first winery you'll meet the wine hospitality manager for the vineyard and cellar tour, followed by 3 tastings of their wines. At the end of this wine tasting you'll have a first glimpse of the wines produced in this area. At the end of the first wine tasting you'll be brought to the second winery (30 minutes distance). This will be a 3-hour itinerary to fully explore viticulture, architecture, the pure essence of wine and the charm of Tuscan hospitality. The experience ends with a lunch at the restaurant in the cellar. At the end of the tour, your driver will bring you back to departure point
Inclusions: Private transportation, English speaking driver, Roundtrip transportation, Winery and cellar tour of the first winery with 3 wines tasting, Winery visit, tasting and lunch, Drop off at your hotel

This tour far exceeded our expectations! At first we were a little surprised to be told we were going to a saffron farm, as that hadn't been mentioned previously. It actually turned out to be a fascinating experience. We got to try the local saffron, including saffron infused beer, honey along with some of the local cheese and meats. We then went to castello tricerchi for a tour of a vineyard, cellars and the castle itself. The place was stunningly beautiful, and we got to have a wine tasting in the castle itself. After that we went to Martoccia which was another beautiful vineyard just outside montalcino. The cellar tour was fascinating, and it was followed by a 4 course lunch with wine tasting. The food was spectacular, and the wine was incredible. We were lucky enough to be able to try the new 2015 brunello which hadn't even been labelled yet. Our tour guide Nadia was extremely knowledgable and very relaxed. The tour actually finished 2 hours late, but she didn't seem to mind. She even let us store our wine in her office so we could go and explore Montalcino in the evening. Fantastic tour. Would thoroughly recommend

My adult daughter and I visited Bibonna, Italy during Easter weekend and wanted to do visit local wineries. I did not want to drive so that I could enjoy the tastings so we booked a 5 hour tour with Monica. She was FABULOUS!! Monica is a taxi driver, licensed tour guide and sommelier...the perfect combination. We saw the beauty of the region, learned about the history of Tuscany and the importance of wine and olives to the area, and visited two amazing wineries. Monica was flexible and accommodating to make stops for pictures and answer all of our questions. The booking process was easy and she customized the trip to our needs. Monica communicated with me often leading up to our trip and called me when she knew we would be arriving to welcome us to Tuscany. She confirmed the pickup time at our hotel and was there early to ensure we got the most of our day. My daughter and I had an amazing experience and Monica was well balanced in making us feel like we had a friend guiding us, as well as giving us space to share the moments with each other. She has a great relationship with the staff at the wineries and makes sure you get the most out of the experience. She loves her home region and the wines they make and her love of all that is infectious. I would highly recommend any sort of tour of the Tuscan region with Monica, but would encourage you to let her guide you to the more local and out-of-the-way destinations. You will experience what most tourists do not. I plan to return on a trip with my husband and guarantee you we will be calling Monica!
