When you are in Pinehurst there are a few must stops, The Pinehurst Olive oil company is one of those stops. It's a little hard to find unless you look down, lol because it's located below an existing store front. Inside the staff is very knowledgable on all the products they sell. Mostly custom blended olive oils and balsamic vinegars. They allow you to taste test all of the products. They also have local honey and crackers/treats to compliment the oils and vinegars.

My son moved to Pinehurst this past summer. I trust his judgment and his thoughtful opinions, and I must say he has really enjoyed the Pinehurst area, the shops, and scenery of this delightful small town. My wife and I will visit this spring 2020. I look forward to it. I think many of us spend our lives searching for not necessarily perfection, but some small spaces where we can feel a sense of community, preferably in places that are free of large crowds, heavy traffic, away from the malls and the busy interstate highways. I am told that Pinehurst is prosperous, but not tacky, inviting but not glitzy or terribly tourist obsessed. My son says it is a nice place to live, and if it can manage to control growth and resist losing its southern charm, it can remain an oasis of relaxation and peaceful rest for visitors and residents alike.
