My husband & I love to do wine tasting but having a toddler makes it difficult. We stumbled upon mountain mist farm winery & loved it. It was nice one of us could walk around the property with our son to keep him interested. This isn’t a commercialized winery like you’ll find on the main drag. Great wines, all made with fruit grown in their farm. The wine is $14.95/bottle. We bought 6, so John gave us $1.50/bottle off. They also offer jams, jelly’s & butter with fruit either grown on their farm or in the county. They were all $5.95 for 19-20oz. Jar. The biggest thing to know is they don’t take credit card! Check or cash only, so come prepared.

Even in Covid, we still enjoyed this family tradition for us. We opted for the $65 dollar bucket and between my 2 daughters they got plenty of gems and even got a cut topaz as a bonus! If you get a token, dont be fulled, you will have to go next door to use it in the arcade, and with the rona, it is just not worth it.

What an amazing place! By far, the best moonshine in the area! Everyone was so nice, selection was awesome, and the whole place is beautiful! Chet made amazing drinks in the lounge, Bryan provided an entertaining and educational moonshine tasting experience, and Chris offered many great tastings at the Cream Rum station. I would highly recommend that you take time out if your day to visit! You won’t be disappointed!!

We were visiting the area for Easter and landed at Holy Cross for Mass. I really feel the Lord sent us to this particular Catholic Church. Father Stone is a man of deep faith, conviction, and I am still contemplating his homily 3 days later. We were welcomed by the parishioners and made to feel at home. I was in tears at the sight of a Communion Rail. It is so needed and abandoned by many in this day and age. Father Stone is straight forward and told us what we needed to hear, not what we wanted to hear. I will pray for this holy man and his deacon to continue their mission to serve their parishioners and visitors alike. It was an Easter Sunday made even more special by our experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

LazerPort Fun Center has the newest and tallest "roller coaster style" go-kart track in Tennessee, the largest and most exciting laser tag arena, and an 18-hole indoor blacklight mini golf course. Get lost in a HUGE 10,000 sq. ft. video arcade and don’t forget to visit Sweet Sensations, an old fashioned ice cream parlor with hand dipped cones, sundaes, shakes, and more.
While passing through the state, my friends and I stopped to ride the go-karts and had a wonderful experience; our guide, Justin was excellent; he assisted us every step of the way professionally with a smile.....thanks!
