I messaged Ian, asking if I could possibly order some rose ganache as part of a valentine’s gift for my husband. He messaged back to say they were currently out of stock but if I let him know what kind of chocolate (dark or milk) I’d prefer the bars to be made in, then he would make some that day and post them the following. True to his word, they were made, posted and received in Liverpool inside three days. Excellent service and even better rose ganache bars. I only wish we lived closer ????

Dalby Forest Cycle Hub has been established in order to offer a great cycling experience to everyone regardless of their experience or ability. As well as MTB's we offer a full range of adapted bikes so everyone can enjoy the trails in the forest. Dalby Forest is the perfect place for a pedal, whether you are looking for a leisurely ride or something more challenging
First time back at Dalby after living up in Scotland and I wasn't disappointed! The guys at Dalby Cycle Hub sorted me out with a bike (after some good chat about how Orange are the best!) and were super helpful with offers to take a look at my bike which I knew needed some work. Friendly staff made me feel like a local and had a blast on the trails. Can't wait to be back :)

I went with my partner who was wanting to try mountain miking on trails and downhill etc. We have done a fair bit of mountain biking, but generally more canal path and cycle track on disused railway lines etc We looked at the map and decided on the blue route. The long uphill at the start was hard work. But we only really got our bikes back out 3 weeks ago, so are still a long way from being fit. Then there was a really enjoyable mixed middle bit. Single track in the main, varied and fun. I found the end section too steep and technical and had to walk that part, which left me feeling disappointed. But if you have more confidence, then I’m sure it would be fine. My other half enjoyed it. There seems to be something for everyone. A lovely venue and we will go again, but I think we will try the long green route next time ????

We were staying locally at Cropton cabins and looking for something to do on a day where the weather had let us down We were very pleased to book this - Bob the tour guide was an excellent host, very welcoming, knowledgeable and engaging and we spent a very enjoyable couple of hours on the brewery tour and then trying the beers in the bar afterwards, where brewery staff were also very chatty.

The mediaeval church of St Peter and St Paul sits at the heart of the North Yorkshire market town of Pickering. The church is best known for its collection of 15th century wall paintings - regarded as one of the most complete sets of mediaeval wall paintings in England - and the fascinating story of their rediscovery in the 19th century. The church is home to a large and active congregation which continues to meet here daily for the worship of God. Visitors are welcome between 9am and 5pm each day.
St Peter's and St Paul's Church has the best medieval wall paintings I've ever found in Britain, and as such a visit is a must for anyone interested in churches or medieval art. It also has an interesting tomb effigy of a 14th c knight, Sir William Bruce.
