I was in Romania with my children for a "roots" visit and going through Piatra Neamt, we decided to visit this historic synagogue. The old part part was restored and a new built next to it. As their permit to restore was that the building not be higher than the houses around, the restoration dug to a depth of 2 metres to maintain the authentic size of the original structure. It was a very moving visit and our pictures to the site will describe the site

This place is like heaven on earth. The area is very quiet and offers a dream landscape. If you want to be in the middle of nature and recharge positively, here is the perfect place to relax and forget about the noise in the city. A special accommodation is on the shore of the Lake at the Roman Gardens.
