Short 1/3 of a mile loop trail to see 3-4 sets of petroglyphs and Indian ruins. Trail is in great shape. Restrooms at this stop as well.

Wish we could stay here at this beautiful restored motel. It is just open for viewing these days but it is worth a few minutes to walk around. They have a menu of the food prices from the days long ago. Beautiful architecture. Nice murals and photos from the past.

Seeing the Ancient Petrified Agate Pueblo is for history buffs, Nature enthusiasts, hikers & curiosity seakers - not for the general Tourists or those with small children - it’s a 2 mile round trip in the hot desert. But, for those who do venture there, the Ancient Petrified Agate Pueblo is a Native American ruin of repurposed petrified wood used to construct the Adobe dwelling - quite unique! Enjoy!

Viewable without the scopes - I'm not sure why others have remarked that these are not visible. Clearly visible with the naked eye. The scopes do offer a more detailed view as well as the zoom lens of my camera.

The setting and views here are amazing. The giant log spanning a desert wash is interesting. A short walk takes you down for a close look.
